Abstract

The paper deals with learning, motivation and procrastination in the mirror of distance and online learning. The Covid-19 pandemics challenged the whole world and we witnessed lockdowns, isolation and internet-aided relationship maintenance. Education was not an exception to this, as it was reshaped into emergency remote teaching/learning. Online education is different from traditional, as it lacks physically present social connection and many opportunities for seeking help (from the teacher/educator or peers). Keeping this in mind, it is important to reveal how education and teaching modifies in this occasion and how motivation and procrastination functions in these circumstances.
