Poem titling in contemporary Hungarian children’s poetry based on the anthology Friss tinta! (contemporary children’s poems)

Several disciplines - linguistics, textual studies, nomenclature, literary studies or stylistics - are concerned with the study of the titles of literary works. The various approaches raise a number of issues: where do titles fit into the group of proper names? What is their function? What is their relationship to the literary text? What are their lexical, grammatical, stylistic characteristics? What factors influence the choice of literary titles? What impact can titles have on their recipients? Is it possible to identify a pronoun derivative in titling?
The paper examines the titles of 146 poems from the anthology Friss tinta! (Today’s Children’s Poems), published in 2005, partly on the basis of the aspects listed above.
